While
the Upper Valley area boasts some of the best dining in New Hampshire
and Vermont, you will discover the finest country dining right here
at the inn! At Norwich Bed & Breakfast we like to cook and eat fresh
organic food! We make our own maple syrup, raise lamb, and collect fresh
eggs on the farm, and purchase as much as we can locally from area farmers.
Natural, raw milk comes from Norwich Farms, organic vegetables from Kildeer
Farm, organic ice cream from Strafford Organic Creamery, to name a few.
We are happy to accommodate inn guests for dinner—please let us
know in advance and we will cook a meal of your choice based on the sample
menu below.
We also take reservations for gourmet dinners and private parties. Please

~ APPETIZERS ~
- Broccoli cream soup slow-cooked with natural, raw milk from Abby,
the cow, of Norwich Farms.
- Our famous Caesar Salad with Feta and Parmesan
cheeses, and tomatoes from Kildeer Farms.
~ ENTREES ~
- Hollandaise–drizzled salmon filet simmered in lemon-beurre and
served with locally-grown spinach and creamy mashed russet potatoes made
with Abby’s milk.
- Beef tenderloin salt-seared to perfection and
served with asparagus and smashed potatoes. The most tender beef tenderloin
you’ve ever
encountered.
- Young rack of lamb in a red-wine reduction sauce served with
new Maine potatoes and local baby carrots. Incredible!
- Tina’s Spinach Banada: A scrumptious vegetarian dish
featuring local greens, tomato sauce, and garlic baked in a white-bread
dough crust.

~ DESSERTS ~
- Apple pie made with Cortland apples, brown sugar,
and cinnamon served with Ben and Jerry’s Best Vanilla ice cream.
- Mango Sundae: Vanilla Ice Cream from Strafford Organic Creamery topped
with decadent mango puree, fresh whipped cream, and almonds.
