Rates & Policies Our rates range from $100 to $180 per night, double occupancy. Please call us for current rates, specials and availability.                                      TERMS & CONDITIONS For your information our policy is to charge 50%  of  the total amount due as a deposit when the reservation  is made and the full amount of the balance will be charged 7 days prior to arrival. If you change or cancel a reservation 15 days or more prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit(s), less a $ 50.00 processing fee. If less than 15 days notice  of change or cancellation is given, the full amount of the stay is charged, one night’s rate is retained as a cancellation fee, and a credit is issued for the balance towards a future stay for which a reservation is required and which is subject to availability. The credit is valid for 13 months. Cancellations for Dartmouth College Graduation and parent’s  weekends are not eligible for refund or credit.
